1. Bookings are not confirmed until a 20% deposit has been paid and you have received a Booking Confirmation from us. Please check this and inform us of any changes prior to arrival date. We accept cash, card-in person, or over the phone, or bank transfer.

2. Deposits are non-refundable if booking is cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival date. Deposits paid for bookings over Christmas and New Year period are non-refundable if booking is cancelled 28 days or less prior to arrival date due to this being our busiest time of the year.

3. Un-cancelled bookings will be liable for full payment.

4. There is an extra charge of £10 per night on both Christmas Day and New Years Day. This will be added to your bill. All bills must be paid for in full before dogs departure from site.

5. Prices stated are for one day and night, regardless of drop off time. On departure day any dog being collected during our AM opening hours is free of charge and any dog being collected during our PM hours will be charged at the full rate for that day. Second dog sharing a kennel will be charged at half price.

6. If you wish your dog to be booked in for any of our grooming services please state this at the time of booking to avoid disappointment.

7. We can administer medications your dog may be on during their stay here with us, upon completion of a Medical Permission Form. We must be made aware of any medical conditions your pet may have.

8. All walks are done on site, either round the stubble fields or along the riverbank. No dogs will be taken off site during their stay here, unless for veterinary attention. No dogs will be walked off lead unless an Off Lead Disclaimer has been signed. Dogs can also be exercised in our secure field.

9. You are more than welcome to bring your dogs own bed, toys etc to help make their stay more comfortable. However all possessions are left at your own risk. Sarah's Pet Services cannot be held liable for any damages etc.

10. We recommend supplying your dogs own food for his/her stay with us as this helps avoid any upset tummies. However if you do not wish to do this, we can provide Burns Original Adult Dried Dog food only at a supplementary fee of £2 per meal.

11. All dogs staying at kennels at Sarah's Pet Services must be up to date with their vaccinations, unless you have a written letter from your vet advising otherwise. These vaccinations must include Distemper, Hepatitis and Leptospirosis. You must bring proof of vaccination with you when you drop off your dog.

12. Kennel cough vaccine is not compulsory to stay at Sarah's Pet Services. It is entirely your decision as to whether or not to vaccinate your dog for this. As the vaccine does not cover protection against all of the viruses that can cause this condition, a dog may become ill even if he/she has been vaccinated, we do not insist on it. If you decide to have your dog vaccinated for kennel cough, they must have had treatment at least three weeks before arrival date. We will not accept dogs who have had the vaccination within the last three weeks of date of arrival as they can shed the virus and spread the condition. In this instance full payment for booking will still be required.

13. Hours for drop off/pick ups are Monday-Friday 8.30am-10am and 4pm-5.30pm, Saturday and Sundays are 9am-10am and 4pm-5pm. We understand things come up and delays happen but we do ask for you to let us know as soon as possible of any changes/delays to your collection times so we can rearrange things accordingly.

14. We also operate a dog grooming service and carry out dog walks from the premises so please keep all dogs on a lead whilst being dropped off or collected.

15. There are a couple of forms which need filled in and full terms and conditions agreed to upon leaving your dog with us for the first time so please allow an extra 5 minutes when dropping your dog with us to complete these.
